MOEN BUILDERS is an Industry Leader in the Technology, Design, and Refining of Gravity Mining & Milling Equipment. We also are heavily involved in Mine & Mill Design and Construction Services.

M & W MILLING & REFINING is a 200/250 TPD Custom Gravity Flotation Hard Rock Mill with extensive testing equipment, Cyanide Circuit, and a complete Laboratory. M & W also does extensive metallurgical work for many clients to provide Noble Metals, Industrial Minerals, and Remediation work.

The above companies are wholly owned by Roy Moen and his wife Marlene and are headquartered in Virginia City, Montana. They have been actively involved in the precious metals mining industry for 25 years

In addition to the companies milling, refining, fabrication and construction expertise they have put together a land position that encompasses a significant portion of the Virginia City Mining District located in southwest Montana. Historically the Virginia City District was the scene of the richest gold strike in Montana with production estimates exceeding10 million ounces of gold. More recently these properties have been actively mined and explored by both major and junior mining companies and by Mr. Moen. During the 1990s, using modern exploration methods gold resources in excess of one million ounces were identified by drilling.

The companies’ primary focus is to continue defining previously discovered gold resources with the emphasis on outlining sufficient tonnages of quality gold ores for processing in our existing mill. Pursue currently defined geologic and geochemical gold targets and acquire additional lands with a high potential for quality gold deposits.

These goals coupled with our history and infrastructure should ensure our companies rapid growth within an industry that we believe is poised for a remarkable come back.
